|Recommended: YesGreat Eastern Mesa Living — For the eastern part of Mesa, we have a superior quality of living. The common areas are kept up and cleaned to the same standards as luxury resorts. The units are built sturdy. Workmanship of the landscaping around the compound are top notch and pest control is always in the lookout to keep animals at bay.

|Recommended: YesI’ve lived at The Logan at Ellsworth in Mesa for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. This is a well‑run, peaceful, and secure community.
Shawnelle and Marisa are fantastic—they’re professional, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. They helped me get settled in and have always been willing to assist with anything I need.
The maintenance team is top‑notch. The property is always clean, and the landscaping is beautifully maintained. The residents here are kind and welcoming, which adds to the overall comfort of living here.
I’m very satisfied and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Marissa welcomed my son as he selected a place for Mom to stay, Travis is always willing prompt to solve a maintenance issue Jesse is friendly hardworking as he helps keep everything in top shape. And then there is Shawnelle who is an invaluable asset as she manages with an all seeing, professional manner while being welcoming. My vacation in Arizona has been top drawer to each staff member a big thank you a hug, Diane

He repaired the washing machine today, which was no small task.
Last week was an A C repair at 8 00 PM on a Friday night.
The man is a jack of all trades and a bulldog that will not finish until the job is done.

|Recommended: YesGreat staff and pet friendly — I recently moved into this community and chose it because I wanted a first floor townhome for my senior service dog. I also really value my peace and quiet, so I’ve never liked living in apartments where I’d have to share walls with neighbors. That made this layout a perfect choice for me. I really appreciate that this place is extremely pet friendly. The built in doggie door is such a thoughtful touch, the backyard is spacious, and the open floor plan makes it feel very comfortable. I also like that the homes are newer with smart home technology. The staff here have been amazing, friendly, responsive, and on top of things whenever I’ve needed help.
That said, there are a few downsides worth noting. There’s major construction happening right behind my backyard, so the noise can be pretty constant. The fencing design could be better, as other dogs can dig underneath and get into the yards. This is something that feels important for a dog friendly community to address. Inside, one of the biggest disappointments is the refrigerator and it’s not a standard size at all, much smaller than you’d expect in a kitchen, doesn’t include an ice maker, and is honestly a major eyesore. The huge gap between the refrigerator and the cabinets makes the kitchen look unfinished and awkward. On top of that, the dishwashers are older models. The photos online didn’t really make these details clear, so I felt a bit misled when I arrived.
Overall, though, I’m glad I chose this place. The pet friendliness, the open layout, and the helpful staff were all deciding factors for me, and I’m looking forward to settling in more and making it feel like home.
|Recommended: Yes1028 Move in — The office ladies were kind and helpful. The facilities, amenities and property are fantastic. The only issue is the construction going on beside the property but that is not there fault. And minor fir what we are getting in return.
